Before
the hearing, the Residential
Director got this, as part of the documentation for the hearing.

When he got the paper, he had 2 choices
a) He could deny the conversation ever happened.
b) Or he could just step in and point out to everyone that the "Three C's" does exist.
The Director described the "Three C's" as "corral, contain and consequence".
"Confront" is the second C. Changing the middle C to contain is redundant.
He ended up remembering that the conversation occured, demonstrating that he misremembered the three C's, supposedly forgetting where the conversation took place, and supposedly forgetting why it took place.
