This is one of the censuses refered to. Notice also how light the caseloads are.  Most of the full-time counselors were responsible for three to six clients. Probably the lightest case load at any human services agency in Alaska. Outpatient caseloads can be thirty clients or more.

A large room with many beds was left empty in the men's unit, just like in Detox, probably as an attempt to squeeze more funding from Juneau. ("We can't afford meals for the clients unless you give us more money")

Many copies of this form were distributed every day to many employees, and it was common to find copies in public areas.
