SB 100 
Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill
on July 17 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the
Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:

         HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.
         100(HES) "An Act relating to substance abuse and
         mental health disorder prevention and treatment
         programs; and relating to long-term secure treatment
         programs for persons with substance abuse or co-
         occurring substance abuse and mental health
         disorders."
